Michael (MJ) holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a behavior technician he has experience working with children with autism in various age groups. He implements individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, uses techniques like discrete trial training and positive reinforcement to support communication, social, and adaptive skills development. MJ excels in data-driven progress monitoring and partners closely with families to model ABA strategies for effective generalization of learning across environments.

Anita Babar

With over three and a half years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Anita brings a well-rounded background in healthcare, education, and therapeutic services to her work with children and families. She holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Literature from the University of Mumbai, where she also completed three years of psychology coursework. In 2022, she earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Her passion for education is evident through more than 25 years of volunteer teaching with nonprofit organizations, where she taught English reading and writing, as well as Hindi and Marathi.
Anita's transition into ABA was a natural progression, combining her medical knowledge and deep commitment to education. She is especially passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum, finding immense fulfillment in supporting their development and helping families navigate their unique paths. For her, making a meaningful difference in a child’s life is the most rewarding part of her work.

Ceejay Victoria

Ceejay has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for about a year, bringing with his experience as an assistant therapist and a strong foundation in psychology. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, where his passion for understanding human behavior took root.
What initially drew him to ABA was a deep curiosity about early childhood development and how pivotal experiences during this stage can influence life outcomes. He likens this to the metamorphosis of the butterfly. This perspective continues to inspire his work with children and their families.
What he loves most about his role is witnessing the progress and breakthroughs that happen through consistent support and intervention.
