Social Skills Groups: Building Friendships, One Skill at a Time

Navigating friendships and group settings can be tough—but with support and practice, social growth is possible. Our Social Skills Groups offer a welcoming space for children and teens to build meaningful peer connections.

In These Groups, We Focus On:

  • Turn-taking and sharing

  • Reading social cues and body language

  • Managing emotions and self-regulation

  • Starting and maintaining conversations

Led by trained therapists, these sessions are fun, structured, and deeply impactful—fostering not just skills, but self-confidence and belonging.
